Shooting

A brand new music album coming your way

Gonpo Entertainment is producing a new music video album to be released on the Dalai Lama's birthday on 6 July. There will be eight songs, some videos shot in the US and Canada and some in India. The album will be Gonpo Entertainment's second music video production. The first, produced last year, was called "Sounds of young Tibet".

Other artistes who will be in the album include Techung, Tenzin Woser and Tenzin Gyalpo (Michael).

Shooting for two videos was completed in two days on 31 May and 1 June in Dharamshala. A professional cameraman and his assistants and entire equipment was brought from Delhi. Tibetan youths residing in Mcleod Ganj were hired to act as playing different instruments. Gonpo Gyaltsen, the proprietor of Gonpo Entertainment, was directing the shoots.

"The shooting went according to our plan and I am satisfied with the result as it was professionally done. I am sure the album will be a nice surprise for all," Gonpo says.
